Just a brief update on the Madara Cosmetics stock owners box, that I talked about when I bought the stock.

As I said previously, ordering of the box was really easy and it came quickly in the mail. They promised it would arrive before the end of the month and it actually came already by the 15th, I think.

The box is nicely packaged and all 4 products arrived safely. This time there was a night creme, lip balm, shimmering body lotion and a probiotic face mist. Knowing Madara prices it looks like the value was as promised. To be fully honest I am a bit less excited about this package compared to the spring one. Not sure why, maybe because I have a lot of lip balms and body moisturisers to be used up, so these do not excite me at the moment. But winter is coming so both are very useful, I am sure. The face mist I left in the office, in the dry office air it has been lovely to use it few times a day :) Night cream is nice and light- absorbs fast and smells good. No results yet, but I like it and will use it up.
Investriss wrote some time ago on her love of round numbers.

I also have a thing for round numbers and also in a sense symmetrical looking numbers. So I have been looking forward to my Mintos income balance becoming 555€, and it finally happened today. I completely missed when I hit the 500€ mark but this 555€ is even prettier in my eyes :)

So this is how my income looks at the moment, I have a bit of bad debt, some service fees (currency exchange fees) but mostly just income. Also, the net annual return percent is not too bad. I truly love Mintos as an easy to use portal with great returns.

When putting the income on the graph either with or without the campaign rewards it is starting to acquire a bit of a look of an exponential growth. I like the thought of it a lot. Campaign rewards are of course fun but at the same time, they do kind of through off the chart so the months after that look really shabby. But what can we do? Just let the money circulate and gather momentum? Sounds like a plan!

For the past few weeks, the LHV Growth Account has been taking a nosedive. At first one of my funds managed to stay green but now even the LHV own world fund one is in red.

I took me some time to think if I want to post about it. I am not ashamed that it is red... of course not. That is just the market.
But mostly because I am not sure that I want to share my chosen funds. I have not previously mentioned what funds I own and I am not sure all my choices have been good ones. As we lost the opportunity to buy many of the USA funds directly I have just one fund in dollars (IEMM) and I lose money on currency exchange every week, when it was 50/50 it felt better as dividends I got in dollars were usually used in dollars not changed back to euros again. I have been thinking of selling it, but of course hoping to sell without losing money.
Also, do I need so many funds? At the same time, I have wished to add some. So I am not sure what I am doing here and therefore not so sure if sharing my mess is a good idea. At the same time, I have promised to be open on all numbers so, I am and here it is. My current LHV funds in all their red glory.

I hope to take some time in coming months to really think through the funds I own, but I have not done it yet. So this works needs to be done when I have some more free time.
September has gone by so incredibly fast. Usually, I feel more that time drags but being really busy means that time just flies. And even just getting to do the Monthly update has been the latest this has ever been posted. Sorry about this.

So what happened in September?

As I mentioned in the latest monthly update the first of October was the income tax deadline so I had to pay up last years tax from investment income. Some has been paid already as LHV Growth Account and CrowdEstate both pay tax for me. But for all the other income from different platforms, I had to wire over 98,76 to the Tax and Customs Board.

Frome the withdrawals and deposits side I withdraw 20€ from Bandora and deposited 200 to CrowdEstate and 300 to LHV Growth Account. So I have added 480€ of new money to my investments.

Income was about average of what I have had this year, and it was great to see that it was about 30€ better than in August. I expect October to be at least as good as September because I have already received >30€ dividends to my Growth Account.

So income came in as follows:
Mintos 32,43
EstateGuru 24,59
LHV Growth Account 9,57€ + 10,21$
CrowdEstate 6,45
Grupeer 2,07
Bandora 0,38
All together 75,49€ + 10,21$,

And the money earned in September was on average 2,52 a day. I calculate the daily income for every month just as a fun thing to do. I just use the € income as messing with exchange rates is not worth it in my eyes to get the exact numbers. All of this is just for me anyway. So not too bad but still both in monthly income and daily income nothing beats January:

January 4,87
February 2,59
March 4,24
April 2,28
May 2,55
June 4,01
July 4,43
August 1,89
September 2,52

The portfolio value was 17450,86 € on 31.09.2018.
